Job Description
- We're seeking a talented and organized HR Manager to join our team in Oke-Bola, Ibadan.
- You'll be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, & employee relations.
- Manage payroll & benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations.
- Foster a positive & productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in HR or related field (min. 3 years experience)
- Proven experience in HR with strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills.
- Preferred Gender: Female.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly (competitive & commensurate with experience).
