Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing procedures.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly assess product quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Document and prioritize defects, track issues through resolution, and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate testing progress and results.
• Participate in the design and review of software requirements to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5-7 years experience
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or similar are a plus.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
