We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Molder - Boat Building

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Molder will usea variety of hand and machine tools to shape, mold, cut, clamp and weld materials for the hull and other fittings.assembling pipework and other sections of the boat, such as the rigging and mast if it is a sailing vessel, or installing the engine.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering (Production) or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years boat moldingexperience, preferably within the Marine sector
• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in composite boat building
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Technical:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
• Experience in Quality Management oversight or process management will be an advantage

Non-Technical:

• Detail Oriented
• Physically strong
• Competent in the use of hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task
• Pro-active, adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Salary Range

• N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
