We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos,

Industry: Property Investment/Real Estate

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in strategic finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech company; role would also be a good fit for someone coming out of an analyst program at a management consultancy of investment bank
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects cross-functionally, build strong professional relationships, and influence key stakeholders
• Highly skilled at solving new challenging problems and proven capability to create and implement substantially better solutions than currently exist
• Excellent visual design skills, strong attention to detail and quality, highly organized
• Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment
• Professional Accounting, ACA, ACCA, etc. is required
• Key knowledge of Macroeconomic indicators
• Key Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Key knowledge of SQL, ACL scripting and Power BI is an added advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience
