Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks, and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7 - 10 years experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in a finance management role within the finance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.

Salary
N650,000 - N850,000 Gross.
