We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Steel Fixer / Bar Bender

Location: Ogbunaga, Bayelsa
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install reinforcement steel bars (rebars) according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and bend steel bars using manual or mechanical tools.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in the fabrication process and maintain proper spacing and alignment during installation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Bar Bender/Steel Fixer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with rebar fabrication techniques and equipment.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
