Rifugio Communications Limited is a registered partner to Samsung and other global mobile device brands in Nigeria. We operate a chain of Samsung Experience Stores and Rifugio Brand stores, which provide an array of warranty protected Mobile devices and accessories at the best prices, across Nigeria. We offer mobile hardware required to house bespoke Sales Force Automation and Mobile Device Management solutions (Samsung Knox) to organizations. We offer Laptops, printers (inclusive of mobile and portable printers), printing consumables such as ink and toners, as well as other types of IT equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Galaxy Mall, Kaduna

Responsibilities

  • Manage in-store retail activities
  • Provide customer service and enhanced customer experience.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide matching products and services.
  • Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always.
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends
  • Understand/monitor local competitors and communicate business intelligence.
  • Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities.
  • Generate B2B, corporate and bulk/wholesale sales where feasible.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Monitor and report all other activities and provide relevant information for the management.
  • Produce daily and weekly reports
  • Stock and inventory management
  • Manage online retail

Specifications

  • At least a University Degree
  • Experience in corporate sales, business-to-business transactions and overall business development
  • Experience in mobile communication device sale an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good written, oral and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • A quick learner
