Position Overview

  • As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and promoting our range of insurance products.
  • Your mission will be to reach out to potential clients within your assigned territory, understand their insurance needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various sales strategies, including door-to-door visits, local community engagement, and participation in relevant events.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewal.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and potential client base.
  • Must reside in the state you're applying for or be willing to relocate.
