Job Summary

• As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning phase of projects, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. While Identifying project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are met and identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints to optimize resource utilization and Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate change management processes, managing project scope changes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

• BSc/ HND in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of financial services, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the fintech space.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly - Negotiable
