We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Procurement activities or arrangement of facilities when required by the Company
• Handle all legal or related issues at the warehouse on behalf of the Company
• Warehouse and accounting work, including importing and exporting goods according to invoices; Preparing goods, sending goods, and checking inventory; Directly responsible for warehouse and warehouse assets,...
• Support Marketing and sales activities
• In charge of the Company's retail activities, including:
  • Ensure revenue according to assigned areas/number of stores;
  • Ensure standard operating activities from image, goods, service quality, customer care,...;
  • Complete work according to the business plan and specific KPIs
  • Support recruitment and training of employees to master sales knowledge and skills
  • Monitor, supervise internally and check the implementation of regulations and rules at the store
  • Directly work with authorities to handle all issues

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.
• Age: under 35 years old
• Fluent in English, knowing Chinese is an advantage
• Male/Female with 2 years or more experience at the Management level in the business industry is an advantage
• Have problem-solving and handling skills;
• Proficient in computers, office informatics and using sales software;
• Enthusiastic, honest, steadfast, responsible and able to work under high pressure.
