Zobena All American Store is a reputable American grocery store located in Rumens, Ikoyi. Our owner frequently travels outside the country, and we are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the smooth operation of our store in their absence.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, handling correspondence and communication in their absence.
- Manage the owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient daily operations of the store.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and handling customer inquiries when necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
