Job Title: Admin / Finance Manager

Job Objective
- The Manager is responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes and managing sales revenue.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall company strategy, budget and business goals
- Supervise all departments and functions of the business • Sustain and manage existing customer relationships
- Develop and document processes and procedures for all work activities in the business.
- Supervise Sales to create, manage and implement sales strategy, plan and budget
- Participate in the hiring of new staff.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective manner.
- Work closely with the MD to keep him well informed appropriately.
- Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any Social Science related field
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrityin handling confidential information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Finance and Accounting management ability.
