Gusto Restaurant is a fast-growing restaurant Brand in Nigeria. They have launched restaurant Branches in Kano state, Lagos state and now Abuja Nigeria. The gusto restaurant is located at No 43 Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent Wuse Abuja. It in a central part of the city which is easily locatable with adequate and convenient Parking.

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• We are conducting walk-in interviews for experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at Gusto Restaurant. As an integral part of our dining experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and assistance to guests
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other staff members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
