Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations.
  • The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and profitability.
  • This role involves leading and motivating a diverse team, maintaining high standards of service, managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the hotel's reputation and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.
  • Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Minimum 10 years experience required
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Certification in Hotel Management or related field (desirable).
