Job Description

• As an E-Commerce Personnel, you will play a key role in managing our online sales platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, including product listings, order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management.
• The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service in the digital marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform.
• Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Optimize product pages for improved search visibility and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive sales.
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience working in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of online payment gateways and logistics processes is a plus.
• Must be based in Ikeja or willing to relocate.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
