Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management and clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and drive business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and customer needs to effectively position company products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in corporate sales, with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Prior experience in the [industry/sector] will be an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 and above based on experience.
