- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify stains, damage, and other garment issues.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating equipment and handling garments.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
