Bedum Estate Management & Development Limited is a growing Real Estate firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and registered in Nigeria to undertake professional Real Estate services. We develop, manage, let, sell and lease properties of all categories with branches being developed in other states of the Federation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Agent

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Liaise with clients to market or lease properties.
• Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers.
• Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of property and ensuring that it is completed legally.
• Valuation of property/assets for various purposes.
• Sales and leasing of properties.
• Feasibility and viability studies.
• Generate and support new business opportunities.
• Act as a contact between the firm and its existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor trends in the industry and other marketing curricular activities.
• Property management and maintenance coordination.
• Give periodic report.
• Calculate Service charge and ensure compliance from tenants.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum SSCE, a Bachelor's Degree in any related field will be an added advantage.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of property & facility management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
• You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a property.
• The candidate should be confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skill.
• You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.

Salary
N45,000 - N65,000 monthly.
