Seanet Technologies Limited is a system integrator with experience in IP networks and IT services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate business operations to fulfill customer or client expectations.
• Working closely with other head of departments to improve efficiency.
• Manage resources to ensure appropriate supply of necessary materials in all department.
• Manages relationships with suppliers, clients, customers and other stakeholders and provides a point of escalation for any issue that arises.
• Creating strategies with the executive team.
• Developing policies that will correlate with strategies
• Implementing effective processes and standard.
• Reporting on operational performance and suggesting improvements.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
• Oversee all expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Carries out other duties as may be assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• A B.Sc Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of industry-specific software or programmes.
• Knowledge of business functions.
• Significant experience in a similar role with at least five years in a senior or management position.
