Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the designated area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor strategies and promotions according to market demands.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly within the beverages sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
