Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor strategies and promotions according to market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly within the beverages sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area.
Salary
N120,000 per month.
