Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research.
  • Generate leads through diverse channels.
  • Initiate client outreach via email, calls, and networking events.
  • Assist in proposal development and presentation preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective client solutions, emphasizing talent recruitment services.
  • Provide sales support and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for business development, with a focus on talent recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with multitasking ability.
  • Prior sales or business development experience preferred.
