Funmi Stores Nigeria Limited (FSNL) is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution company incorporated in 2010 that specialize in the sales and promotion of high-quality consumer goods of both small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) and large-scale businesses. FSNL as a thriving company has five (5) branches across Nigeria with her Headquarters in Mushin, Lagos State, Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily report from all outlets including cash receipt office
- Compare daily reports from HQ and outlets with invoices raised, identify, investigate variances and report to ED
- Monitor and post approved credit notes, debit notes, discounts, customer refund
- Daily reconciliation of POS ledger on Tally and journal posting
- Daily posting/maintaining /reconciling banks like UBA, Zenith 153 etc
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally), attention to detail.
- Understanding of Nigerian accounting regulations and tax laws.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages may be beneficial for effective communication.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
