Qualification
- Physicians with MBBS plus MBA degree. Other health professionals are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Candidates must have broad knowledge in healthcare finance, executive leadership and sound managerial skills in the health insurance industry.
- Must have 5-10 years of senior management level experience gained with a HMO , insurance or health services setting.
- Proven ability to improve revenues, productivity, costs management, and business development.
- Excellent background in marketing of health insurance products, technical and insurance underwriting, financial reporting, credit control, human resources, and sound business development skills.
