Job Title: Head of Real Estate Sales
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales of at least 2 of our apartments monthly.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, such as realtors and mortgage lenders.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Prepare insightful sales reports and presentations for company leadership.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of success.
- Have a deep understanding of the build & sell real estate market and sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation,excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are data-driven and possess excellent analytical skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
