Job Summary

•  The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry, and must reside close to the company's location.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively promote company offerings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must reside close to the company's location in Abuja.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is preferred.

Salary Range
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
