We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:

• Implement and oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Administer employee programs and ensure compliances with relevant regulations
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work place culture
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee recognition programs
• Other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements and skills

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources or similar qualification
• NYSC Certificate
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years HR experience
• Familiarity with MS Excel and HRIS system
• Understanding of Nigerian Labour Law & Conditions of employment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
