We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Implement and oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee programs and ensure compliances with relevant regulations
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work place culture
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee recognition programs
- Other tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements and skills
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources or similar qualification
- NYSC Certificate
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years HR experience
- Familiarity with MS Excel and HRIS system
- Understanding of Nigerian Labour Law & Conditions of employment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
