Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
• Organize offline events, seminars, and campaigns to engage with potential clients to enhance the brand's visibility and recognition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Negotiation skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must reside in Lagos

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
