Job Description

• We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Site Securities. This role will play a crucial part in monitoring and securing materials in our recycling facilities.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor access to the recycling facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility premises to identify and address any security vulnerabilities or hazards. This includes checking perimeter fences, gates, doors, and other access points.
• Monitor suppliers and site workers with all plastic deliveries in and out of the site.
• Inspect, sort, and segregate plastic materials according to recycling requirements.
• Operate equipment and machinery for loading and unloading plastic materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, transportation, and other relevant documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to optimize logistics and operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Physically fit with prior experience as a security personnel.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to material handling and transportation.
• Ability to use a compressing machine is an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays; This is a live-in position
• Fluency in Hausa Language.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly
