Job Description
- The company is looking for an ambitious and outcome-focused entry-level executive to join its growing business development and sales team.
- As a Sales Executive, you will take initiative and responsibility for activities that help the company expand its market share and drive its growth efforts across all products in the company’s portfolio.
- To excel in this role, you must have prior sales experience and a keen enthusiasm for selling. You must be able to take ownership and manage the delivery of your work while maintaining a productive relationship with your colleagues. If this role describes you, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements
- High Dchool Degree.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Not more than 2 - 3 years).
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
