Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Title: AC Technician
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
- Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customers' requirements.
- Provide assistance with customers' inquiries.
Qualifications
- Hold at least an HND / OND qualification and a Trade Test certificate in Electrical or its equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Requirements:
- The position offers flexibility in working hours, including morning, evening, or night shifts. Availability on Sundays and public holidays is mandatory. One day off per week is provided, subject to the duty roster, which may fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
