Bedum Estate Management & Development Limited is a growing Real Estate firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and registered in Nigeria to undertake professional Real Estate services. We develop, manage, let, sell and lease properties of all categories with branches being developed in other states of the Federation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing plans for real estate services and properties.
• Collaborate with the team to identify target markets and generate leads.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements and skills

• Candidates should possess HND /Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing, sales or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales / Marketing Professional or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with digital marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
