- Implementing and reviewing operational standards and procedures to improve speed and service quality
- Scheduling staff hours and assigning tasks for service
- Educating and monitoring staff in product awareness and service skills
- Managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
