Resort Consult Limited - Our client is a prospective Tier 2 microfinance bank in Lagos area of Ogun State requires the service of a dynamic result-oriented microfinance banker, with proven record of accomplishment.

Job Title: Teller

Job Description

• Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts
• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the day, count and package currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency
• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
• Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree, OND or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any numerate disciplines and the Social Sciences.
• At least 2 years work experience.
• High computer literacy.
• Cash-handling experience
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
