Petros Consulting - Our client is a real estate company located in Lagos. Applicants should have a background in law as they would serve as a client management executive Legal Executive.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client Management Executive
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Preparing legal documents
- Attending meetings and taking minutes of the meeting
- Liaising with external solicitors
- Liaising with developers, homeowners, prospective properties and confirming the specifies of the properties.
- Correspondence with external partners and agencies.
- Visiting project sites and reporting on the progress of work.
- Keep record of client interactions or transactions,recording details of enquiries, complains or comments,as well as action taken.
- Check to make sure appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Liaising with IT department for materials/brochures for lease and sales.
- Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of real estate law.
- All other duties as assigned.
