The role is for independent self starters looking to prove themselves and has strong execution bias. You'll be reporting to the Business Lead and will play a vital role for the next phase of Outsourceit's growth.

Position Overview
  • Outsourceit is looking for a Community Management Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for inbound requests from online properties and the web at large.
  • The Community Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead editorial calendars, monitoring online conversations and participating in those conversations to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
Key Duties
  • To manage consultants onboarding- make sure they meet our requirements in terms of experience and expertise and also ensure that they fill their profiles
  • Make sure that all live transactions on the platform are closed on time and that both consultant and business are satisfied with the outcome of the engagement
  • Constantly monitor the consultants on the platform and delist dormant consultants and also set up “three strikes and you’re out” rule where if a consultant is chosen for a job and is unable to deliver satisfactorily thrice
  • Responsible for writing and managing consultants to write content for the Outsourceit blog
  • Responsible for managing Outsourceits social media accounts i.e. facebook, twitter, linkedin etc.
  • Responsible for using measurement tools (i.e. Google analytics) to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
  • Responsible for customer support - answering questions however they come in (phone, e-mail, Twitter) and managing any online feedback forums
Requirements
