Job Summary

• Seeking experienced Post Construction Facade Cleaners for a project-specific assignment lasting approximately 4 days, including the briefing day.
• Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining exterior surfaces of newly constructed buildings. Must have experience working at heights, proficiency with specialized cleaning equipment, and commitment to quality results.

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior surfaces of newly constructed buildings.
• Remove dirt, dust, and debris using specialized equipment.
• Perform inspections and coordinate with project supervisors.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers, scaffolding systems, and high-reach cleaning tools, safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the specified timeframes and budgets, meeting or exceeding client expectations for cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in facade cleaning or similar role.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with specialized cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
