Job Title: School Counselor
Location: Abijo (Ajah / Badore), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Helping students develop academic plans that match their skills and strengths
- Facilitating crisis intervention and prevention programmes
- Communicating with Teachers, parents and administrators about a student’s progress regularly
- Building non-judgemental relationships based on trust and respect.
- Helping students talk about their feelings and think about their choices.
Requirements
- A good University Degree in Guidance Counselling from a reputable higher institution.
- Minimum of 2 years cognate experience. Previous experience in a school will be highly regarded.
- Intuitive, Child friendliness and pleasant disposition.
- Proximity to the location (Abijo, Ajah, Sangotedo and Badore)is a MUST.
