Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Purpose

• Enhance customer service by reducing downtime and improving service delivery.

Key Results (KPIs):

• Restore service failures within set timeframes
• Implement new projects seamlessly
• Provide prompt communication via OTRS
• Execute preventive maintenance on the network
• Support sales with bid documents and technical prep
• Ensure timely project completion and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills

• Academic: Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years in telecom, tech-savvy, teamwork
• Professional: CCNA, CCNP
• Customer-centric, LAN/WAN design, problem-solving
• International collaboration, network device expertise
• Hands-on with protocols, routing, security
• Network automation awareness
