Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Grade: Permanent
Purpose
- Enhance customer service by reducing downtime and improving service delivery.
Key Results (KPIs):
- Restore service failures within set timeframes
- Implement new projects seamlessly
- Provide prompt communication via OTRS
- Execute preventive maintenance on the network
- Support sales with bid documents and technical prep
- Ensure timely project completion and inventory management
Qualifications & Skills
- Academic: Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years in telecom, tech-savvy, teamwork
- Professional: CCNA, CCNP
- Customer-centric, LAN/WAN design, problem-solving
- International collaboration, network device expertise
- Hands-on with protocols, routing, security
- Network automation awareness
