Role Description
- This is a full-time Territory Sales Manager position at Tress Trend Company Limited, located in Abuja. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities of the sales team within assigned territories or regions, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability.
- This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage the daily activities of the sales team.
- Generating leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Developing and implementing effective territorial marketing strategies
- Identifying local business opportunities
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze competition within assigned region
- Conduct market research and surveys
- Train representatives throughout your territory.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
- Coordinating marketing activities to achieve sales target.
- Understanding and promoting company programs, brand, products and services.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Preparing and submitting sales documents for orders
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about product, prices, and availability.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Minimum of 7 years proven sales experience in the haircare orbeauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market research and analysis
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territories
