Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop and execute the online sales forecast, inventory plan and profitability targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Oversee digital marketing platforms across PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media
- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy to improve website and sales performance
- Monitor operational performance to maintain efficient and effective order delivery
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in e-commerce
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
