Job Description

  • A reputable firm in Office Automation is recruiting to fill the position of Customer Service Engineer for Photocopiers, Multi-functional devices, and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Mandatory regular/scheduled client visits – Lease/Click, AMC, New Installations & Final sign-off
  • Installation and maintenance of MFPs
  • Networking of Kyocera MFPs and management of printer servers and database.
  • Corrective and preventive maintenance of MFP
  • Ensure monthly Preventive Maintenance plans are strictly adhered to
  • To provide BASIC LEVELS of Technical Support
  • Adept at maintaining focus on achieving bottom-line results
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years working experience in a customer service engineer role or similar position, preferably in photocopiers, MFPs, or networking.
  • Age bracket within 24 -34 years
  • Additional technical certifications or vocational training in electronics, IT, or related fields would be an advantage.
  • Communication via emails, WhatsApp, customer resource Service Software package & other communication methods as and when required.
  • Good customer satisfaction record.
  • Experienced & skilled at building relationships across organizations Exceptional report writing and
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
