Key Areas of Resposibilities
Educational Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Students’ Engagement
- Communication and Collaboration Liaison
- Financial Responsibilities
- Ambassadorial Duty
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with knowledge of Montessori philosophy strongly preferred.
- Teacher Training Qualification
- Further post-graduate qualification in a related educational area e.g. MEd, MA, MBA (optional but preferred)
Professional Qualifications:
- Professional Certification –Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
Relevant Experience and Skills:
- Effective Leadership qualities
- A combination of organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities,
- An understanding of Montessori education principles to contribute to the overall success of the school.
- Honesty, Dedication, and Accountability qualities.
- Minimum number of uninterrupted years of experience in school leadership - 3 years.
- Qualified teacher with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience in an educational setting with demonstrated leadership skills required.
