Job Title: Surveyor (Construction)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Surveyor will be responsible for the accurate measurement and determination of land boundaries and the provision of relevant data on the shape, contour, location, gravitation, elevation, and dimension of land features for engineering, map making, land evaluation, construction, and other purposes.
• The role also requires hands-on experience with engineering instruments and GPS and GIS systems knowledge.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's in Surveying or other related field
• 2-3 years previous experience as a surveyor or in a similar role
• Candidates must possess working knowledge of GPS and GIS
• Tech-savvy, including familiarity with CAD software
• Possess an aptitude in math and problem-solving
• A good working knowledge of Mapping and Analysis.
• Accuracy and attention to detail from others, including architects and project managers.
• Professional and service-oriented, with a good team spirit and a positive mindset.

Salary

• N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly Gross Salary based on experience.
