Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and talented Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring that they are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- You will also be responsible for managing and training other members of the baking team to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including baking, decorating, and packaging of baked goods.
- Ensure that all baked goods are made to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Develop new recipes and products to expand our menu offerings and appeal to a wide range of customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the bakery is fully stocked and prepared for daily operations.
- Continually evaluate and improve the bakery's products and processes to ensure ongoing success and growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary or Baking Degree preferred.
- Experience in a baking or pastry production environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
