We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

  • Bring onboard Apartment/ Shortlets owners through various channels, including personal visits, online platforms, networking events and clients’ referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales.
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients to understand their needs and preference.
  • Provide guidance and support to vendors throughout the listing process, including property viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as photographers, videographers to ensure successful apartment capturing.
  • Prepare and make presentation to clients in a professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets of onboarding at least 50shortlet owners monthly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
  • Good reporting skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
