Job Description

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our esteemed bakery as a Bakery Supervisor.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that production activities and flows are conducted efficiently and effectively, from the production department through to dispatch points.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process within the bakery, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and technical expertise of bakery equipment, including rotary ovens, mixers, and other machinery, and be prepared to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure that accurate and detailed reports are maintained across all production departments, reflecting operations, productivity, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant field.
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge in managing bakery operations, including familiarity with bakery equipment and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Salary

• Starting salary of N80,000 monthly with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
