We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Officer

Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Performs scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment and appliances in the hotel.
  • Also review electrical maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary to keep all electrical systems functioning at peak levels.

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be required to perform the following assignments:

  • Repair Electrical Systems and wirings in the hotel. Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and equipment/appliances malfunction.
  • Troubleshoot Malfunctions of any electrical issues in other to make inspections and assess potential problems. Recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to reduce down-time and increase productivity and functionality.
  • Perform regular tests to new and existing electrical systems and equipment/appliances, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.
  • To inspect, repair, replace, adjust, install and wire electrical equipment in the hotel or an assigned area.
  • Implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies and any other job that will be assigned to you.
