Job Brief
- Our client is urgently in need of a detailed oriented professional to fill the post of an Accountant in our company. Creating new accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entities and the evolving business structure.
Responsibilities
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Processing and following up with the Estate clients to get their claims
- Follow up with the estate procedures and clearing of the necessary documents to ensure timely payment.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Respond with correspondences and ensure proper follow up with tasks as it relates to the company objectives
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Manage the inventories and accurate reporting
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Performing other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Degree (1st Class is a plus)
- Experience Level: 3 years and above
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an Accountant
- Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Excel is a must
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgment.
Salary
- N70,000 - N120,000 monthly.
