We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: CIT - Crew Chief

Location: Ojodu, Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Possesses SSCE, OND, HND qualifications.
• A valid driver’s license and qualifications to be able to deliver on the job
• Security related certificated or trainings Security related certificated or trainings.
• Experience supervising or managing a team within the employability sector
• Proficiency in firearms handling and the safe transport of valuable cargo.
• Conversant with road laws and vehicle parts.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Sound administration/ organisation skills. Working knowledge of health and safety. Effective time management skills Effective, confident communicator.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and risk assessment.
• Flexible and reliable. Able to remain calm in busy situations
• Able to effectively deal with difficult people or situations.
• Effective team player, able to work with others and share/develop ideas for the benefit of teaching and learning Positive ‘can-do’ attitude Flexible worker to meet the needs of the job role Maintains a professional personal appearance and outlook To promote and safeguard the welfare of children and vulnerable adults Commitment to equality and diversity.

Salary
N85,000 - N105,000 monthly.
