Job Title: IT Support Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• The job description includes maintaining the list of assigned equipment and managing the organization’s software needs 
• The IT Support Manager also supervises IT support staff, oversees computer system and software maintenance and repair, assists with computer equipment purchasing and installation, and maintains networks and connectivity for users
• Other duties include consulting with IT managers and other departments as required, providing IT assistance to staff and customers, training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs, resolving logged errors in a timely manner, and monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics3.
